Project overview.

DoctorInShape was a nutrition and wellness app project created as an MVP and released as a mobile store application.

The product focused on personalized food plans, daily meal guidance, nutritional parameters and progress tracking. My work covered the UX/UI prototype of the app and the product website, with the goal of making the service clearer, more usable and easier to present to potential users.

The project had several development constraints, so my contribution focused on improving the interface, organizing the user flows and refining the product experience where possible within the limits of the existing technical setup.

Activities

I designed the app prototype, working on the main screens, navigation logic, interface structure and visual hierarchy.

The UX/UI work covered key product areas such as onboarding, meal plans, nutrition parameters, subscription screens, content pages and progress visualization.

The objective was to make the app more understandable, consistent and usable for people interested in nutrition guidance and personal wellness tracking.

I also designed and implemented the product website, creating a responsive landing experience to present the app, explain the value proposition and support conversion.

The website setup included the usual technical integrations for analytics, tracking and search visibility, including Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console.

Results

The project produced a complete MVP presentation across app prototype and product website. The app reached a mobile store release, giving the client a first public version of the product and a digital presence to support launch communication.

The project was later discontinued by the client, so there are no reliable long-term performance results to report. For this reason, the case study focuses on the UX/UI work, MVP structure, interface design and product communication developed during the launch phase.
