The project started with the evaluation of different technical solutions for managing short-term luxury rentals, including availability calendars, booking requests, online payments and integration with external booking platforms.
After selecting the most suitable booking solution, the work focused on adapting it to the project’s needs and building a custom digital experience around it.
I defined the content structure, navigation and interface layout, with particular attention to the presentation of the villas, the services offered and the booking flow.
The visual design was tailored to support a premium positioning, making the properties clear, desirable and easy to explore for an international audience.
The website was configured with multilingual content, PayPal payments, analytics and conversion tracking.
The launch was planned to make the platform ready before the summer season, allowing the client to start receiving direct booking requests and manage the properties through a dedicated online channel.
