Project overview.

Central SICAF S.p.A., with assets of approximately 1 billion euros, is a leading player in the Italian SICAF market.
Part of the Covivio Group ecosystem, the company required a new corporate website aligned with its positioning, regulatory requirements and relationship with the Covivio brand.

Activities

The project focused on the redesign of Central SICAF’s corporate website, with the goal of creating a stronger visual and communication alignment with Covivio’s digital identity while maintaining Central SICAF’s own positioning.

Particular attention was given to regulatory requirements, leading to the implementation of a website based exclusively on functional cookies. The new platform also introduced a more flexible content management structure, allowing the company to publish news, updates and information related to its real estate portfolio.

The website was designed as a fully responsive bilingual platform, available in both Italian and English. The project included content architecture, navigation structure, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface design.

I personally managed the WordPress implementation with Elementor Pro, including basic SEO setup, Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console integration.
