Project overview.

Controllo PMI is a consultancy focused on management control in outsourcing, supporting entrepreneurs and managers with tools to monitor business performance, control costs, evaluate results and improve decision-making processes.

The project covered the restyling of the brand identity and the design of a corporate website able to present the company’s services with more clarity, structure and professional consistency.

Activities

I worked on the brand restyling, refining the visual identity while keeping the mark clear, direct and suitable for a consultancy focused on small and medium-sized companies.

The work also included business card design and brand applications, with attention to readability, professional tone and consistency across printed and digital touchpoints.

I designed the corporate website to present the company’s positioning, services and content structure in a clearer way. The interface was created to support navigation across service pages, informational content and contact paths, with responsive layouts for desktop and mobile.

Results

The project gave Controllo PMI a more structured and recognizable visual identity across brand, business cards and website.
