Project overview.

Giul-IA CRM is a digital platform created for model talent agencies, with tools designed to support calendar management, model organization, client relationships and operational workflows.

I worked on the project with Marco Principi, who brought long-standing experience in the fashion model industry. My role covered brand identity, product website design and UX/UI consulting, with a focus on the visual identity, product communication and the clarity of the platform experience.

The project was particularly interesting because it connected brand design, product positioning and software workflow in a niche professional market with specific operational needs.

Activities

I designed the Giul-IA CRM brand identity, including the logo and the visual direction used across the product website and communication materials.

I also designed and implemented the product website in WordPress with Elementor, creating a custom digital presence to explain the platform, present its value proposition and support product promotion. The website setup included Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console integration.

On the product side, I took part in the design process as a UX/UI consultant, joining product discussions and reviewing interface flows, user experience decisions and product communication with the team.

My contribution focused on improving clarity, usability and visual consistency without taking over the technical development role.

Results

The project gave Giul-IA CRM a recognizable brand identity and a dedicated product website able to present the platform to model talent agencies and international users.

The UX/UI consulting work added an external design perspective to the product process, helping connect the platform’s operational logic with clearer interface and communication choices.

The case remains relevant in my portfolio because it combines brand identity, product website design and product design consulting for a niche SaaS/CRM platform developed around real industry workflows.
