Project overview.

Thesaura Naturae produces supplements and offers online and in-person treatments and courses inspired by Hildegard of Bingen, with online sales and a physical store in Stresa.

The assignment, carried out in close collaboration with the ownership, covered ecommerce redesign, content development, digital marketing, analytics, communication materials and customer experience from January 2021 to August 2022.

Activities

Thesaura Naturae’s ecommerce website was completely redesigned and customized to improve the user experience, make the interface more pleasant and present the brand’s features and positioning more effectively.

The work included the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and the development of custom WordPress layouts.

The content section was expanded and improved across blog posts, press releases, informational pages and related editorial materials, with coordination on SEO, technical optimization and content optimization.

Analytics and reporting tools were activated to monitor traffic, acquisition sources, user behavior and sales data through Google Data Studio, now Looker Studio, with data from multiple sources.

The project also included support for domain issues, hosting scalability, PPC campaigns, social media channels, newsletter activity, podcast setup on Spotify, press communication materials, brochure design and customer support processes aimed at improving engagement and conversions.

Results

Over a year and a half, Thesaura Naturae improved its main digital KPIs, including ecommerce sales, acquisition sources, website traffic, user engagement, social media activity, brand awareness and positive reviews.

The project also gave the company a more structured set of tools and processes to manage online activities, marketing actions, analytics and customer support.
