Introduction
Thesaura Naturae produces supplements and offers online and in-person treatments and courses inspired by Hildegard of Bingen, with online sales and a physical store in Stresa. The assignment, carried out in close collaboration with the ownership, encompassed various activities from January 2021 to August 2022.

Activities

• Complete redesign of the e-commerce website, entirely customized to enhance user experience, improve the pleasantness of the user interface, and effectively convey the brand’s features and positioning, including the creation of high-fidelity prototypes.
• Enhancement of the content section (blog, press releases, informational pages, etc.), with editorial coordination, focusing on organic search optimization through both technological and content-related improvements.
• Activation of tools for traffic analysis and the generation of corresponding reports using Google Data Studio (now Google Looker), integrating data from various sources, including sales.
• Provided active support for domain issues and hosting scalability.
• Creation and management of online PPC advertising campaigns and oversight of social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (for advertising purposes), and the addition of a podcast channel on Spotify, with related profile and content optimization, newsletter.
• In addition to web-related tasks, the creation of press communication materials and the initiation of more effective customer support processes to enhance engagement and conversions.

Results
In a year and a half, Thesaura Naturae achieved improvement across all key performance indicators (KPIs): increased sales (and the respective acquisition sources and touchpoints), web traffic, engagement on the website and social media channels, brand awareness, positive reviews, and the availability of tools for managing online activities.
