Introduction
Central SICAF S.p.A., with assets of approximately 1 billion euros, is a leader in the Italian real estate market for self-managed fixed capital investment companies. Covivio S.A. provides Property Management, Administration, and Finance services to Central SICAF.

Activities and goals
The project involved redesigning the company’s corporate website, fully customized to enhance the family feeling with Covivio’s online identity, which was the primary goal of the project.
The development considered Central SICAF’s need to offer a website with only functional cookies to comply with the regulatory requirements of its field.

From a content perspective, the new website allows Central SICAF to manage the publication of news and updates related to real estate portfolio movements. The site is mobile responsive and available in both Italian and english.
For the project development, I used various software, particularly Figma Jam and Figma to define the content structure and navigation, create low and high-fidelity prototypes to present user experience and user interface, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for vector graphics and photo editing, and WordPress with Elementor Pro for develop and assembly.
